Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all European Union countries, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. We do not ship lock picking tools to Japan or to any country where possession of lock picks is prohibited (see our legality by country page). Practice locks alone are not restricted.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days across Europe and the UK, depending on the destination and the carrier. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel ships. Delays at customs or during peak season can add a few days; if your parcel has not arrived after 25 business days, contact us and we will resend or refund.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination. Where a free-shipping threshold applies, it is shown in the cart.

Customs, duties and VAT

Within the EU, prices include VAT and there are no customs fees. For the UK, Norway and Switzerland, import VAT or duties may be charged by the carrier on delivery according to local rules; these are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Split shipments

Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incomplete address or non-collection can be reshipped at the buyer's cost or refunded minus the original shipping cost.
